I just wanted to drop you a brief note to compliment yourself and Joseph for all the great work you have done for our corporate office and hotel properties.  As the previous acting “IT Guy”, I can not begin to tell you how happy I now am to have tried and true IT professionals like yourselves with us.

The installed networks have been so efficient in place of what used to be a conglomeration of different PC’s; your collective responsiveness to any and all questions and concerns has been a godsend; and your patience with all of us “tech neophytes” has been most appreciated.

Tom, it is not always that I take the time out to compliment somebody on a job well done, and as cliché as it might sound I really feel it necessary in this case.
